Preeclampsia

I have preeclampsia (or toxemia, or hypertension). Basically my blood pressure is way too high and I have protein in my urine.
When I went in last week my blood pressure was up at 147/88 and my protein level was at a +1.
(a +2 means I go to the hospital for bed rest, +3 to +4 is when they would deliver the baby)
The thing that kinda bugs me is that I was having headaches and swollen fingers (all pre-signs of preeclampsia) and I even did a 24 hour urine test and it all came back "normal".
I already have accepted the fact that I may not get to go anywhere or do anything, I'm just ready for this baby to come early! He needs to stay in there as long as possible! Right now they are thinking that I will still deliver close to my due date or just a week or 2 early which he would still be considered full term.
Another thing I'm worried about is the possibility of having a C-section. I'm not afraid of actually getting it or anything like that, I just don't want one! If it came down to it though, I'd be more then happy to have one if my blood pressure goes to high or if there was something wrong and the baby may be in danger.
Well I go to the doctor in a few hours and if there is any new information or any changes I will post an update.

My pregnancy this far

Besides being on bed rest for these last 2 months things have been going great!
I have overall really enjoyed being pregnant

1st Trimester:
I was a little sick but I was sick all day. I was literally only sick in the morning right when I woke up. I sometimes would get car sick, but again it wasn't has bad as I thought and not as bad as some of my other friends.

2nd Trimester:
I finally started to look pregnant and not like I ate 1 too many donuts. I could really feel him moving and jumping around. I lost 10 lbs instead of gaining, which this is a good thing. This trimester was the breeze!

3rd Trimester:
It started off great! He just wont stop moving, and I love it! I'm grateful that he has stayed away from my ribs the most he'll do is push up on them with his butt and he'll just stick it out and no matter what you do you can't get him to move. It's kinda of funny I can push down and he'll shift but then just stick it out again. The one thing he does do is attack my bladder. It really feels like he is punching it. I think he does it on purpose and then he laughs about it (he already has an attitude). It's also fun to watch my tummy do the wave when he decides to move around.
I haven't had any heartburn, (not once this entire time), not a lot of back pain (just if I sleep wrong), and I don't even notice the Braxtion hicks.
Now though I am on bedrest. Which isn't so bad (so far...) I'm just trying to keep myself busy and entertained. I get to work on baby projects, I don't have to go to work anymore, I have time to catch up on some reading. I feel great and normal, I just have to stay home all day.
I think I'm going to try and make this http://www.honeybearlane.com/2010/08/presenting.html

Always look on the bright side of life...

Well I just found out that I have Preeclampsia so this means that I am now on bed rest.
This means that I get to have my blood pressure checked more often, the protein in my urine checked more often and more blood draws. If things start to get too high they will need to deliver the baby early. So now the main thing is that we keep the baby in the oven as long as possible!
I'm just trying to look on the bright side of being on bed rest...
I get to do more crafts now thats a plus
